About You
* Possess comprehensive experience working on all vehicle makes and models
* Must be NVQ Level 3 / VCQ Level 3 qualification
* Skilled in diagnosing vehicle issues using advanced diagnostic tools and technical equipment
* Comfortable working independently and in team settings
* Strong understanding of warranty procedures and parts requirements
* Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
What You'll Do
* Diagnose complex vehicle problems efficiently using diagnostic equipment and manufacturer resources
* Perform routine servicing and repairs according to manufacturer and organisational standards
* Keep the service reception informed of progress and complete timely vehicle condition reports (VCRs)
* Identify warranty repair needs and execute repairs with proper authorisation
* Support team colleagues to ensure workshop targets and deadlines are met
