GBRS are seeking an experienced Management Accountant to work for their client in Weston super Mare.
This is a permanent position which is office based.
Duties and Responsibilities
The main duties/responsibilities of this role are:
* Completing financial operations such as bookkeeping and payroll to include data entry and all aspects of company record keeping.
* Maintaining all aspects of sales and purchase ledger including credit control
* Preparing income statements, balance sheets and other financial documents using company software
* Liaising with Suppliers and Third-Party Contractors regarding payments
* Measuring the companys financial performance based on financial records
* Job costing reports and analysis of margins on a job-by-job basis
* Identifying problem areas and presenting recommendations to company management
* Evaluating and monitoring financial information systems and recommending improvements where needed
* Communicating and interpreting financial data to non-financial managers
* Reporting VAT & CIS to HMRC
