Overview
Client Services Administrator, London. Hybrid role: 3 days in the office and 2 days WFH. Salary: £27,000 with a quarterly bonus up to £4,000 per year. Hours: 9:00–17:30 Mon–Thu; 9:00–17:00 Fri. 25 days holiday, pension, gym discounts and additional benefits.
Responsibilities
* Process appointments for third-party services promptly & accurately
* Input all prospective leads into the CRM, capturing the data accurately
* Respond to all inbound client enquiries in a timely & professional manner
* Process and log all client feedback and report on any issues identified
* Monitor adviser contact with existing clients and prospective clients
* Help monitor review dates and activity following deadlines
* Support the development of one particular project, assisting with enhancing system efficiencies
* Assist the Corporate Account Managers in compiling MI reports for corporate partners
Qualifications
* At least 1–2 years solid administration experience in any sector
* Strong IT proficiency and very good attention to detail
* Highly computer literate, accurate, hardworking team player, proactive
* Excellent communication skills
* Willing to cover Telephonists during busy/holiday periods; confident in outbound client care calls
