The Impact you will have:
* Facilitating POC/Requests
* Replying to general enquiries
* Arranging copy LOLER Certificates § Arrange gas deliveries/collections
* Ensuring trucks are available for return through reporting
* Updating HIP certificates and keep accurate files or expired & active
* Updating Sheet for DVLA expirations and sorn where applicable
* Chasing Damage in a timely manner and update off hire team
* Opening new Short Term Hire Accounts
* Booking in Assets following off hires
* Reservation management to make assets available for hire
* This is a changeable role and the above activities are not limited.
What will help you to excel in this role:
1. Significant experience using the Microsoft package
2. Good communication by phone and e-mail to both internal and external customers / suppliers
3. Ability to summarise lengthy, complex reports into actionable insights
