Operating as part of a wider European manufacturing network, the company is well-positioned to scale further through strategic partnerships, category expansion, and international collaboration. As Commercial Director, you will lead the UK Sales & Marketing function, reporting directly to the Managing Director and sitting on the Senior Leadership Team. You will be responsible for shaping and executing the commercial strategy, owning the P&L, and driving profitable growth across multiple categories. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring a blend of strategic vision, commercial acumen, and people leadership. What You’ll Bring A proven track record in senior commercial roles within FMCG, ideally in private label food manufacturing. Deep experience in the UK grocery retail sector, with strong relationships at Category Director level and above. Knowledge of other channels such as wholesale, convenience, and strategic partnerships is highly desirable. A history of managing and developing high-performing teams.
