We are currently recruiting for an experiencedpliance Officer orpliance Assistant to support the Property Services team of a respected Housing Association in Ayrshire. This role is a temporary replacement for a staff member currently absent and is expected to run for at least 3 weeks, with a strong likelihood of extension.This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a keen eye for detail and a strong understanding ofpliance within a housing or property-related environment.
Your new role
In this role, you will help ensure the smooth running of the organisation’s fullpliance function, including:
1. Leading in the delivery of an efficient and effectivepliance service for the Property Services team
2. Ensuring accurate processing and timely updates of all asset data, landlord safety certificates and property-related certification
3. Maintaining and updating detailedpliance records, ensuring all information is accurately filed and accessible
4. Supporting the analysis and reporting ofpliance KPIs, helping the organisation monitor performance and identify improvements
5. Monitoring contractor performance to ensurepliance work is delivered to agreed standards in relation to quality, budget and customer experience
What you'll need to succeed
6. Experience in apliance, property services, or asset management role
7. Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
8. Ability to manage and update data accurately
9. Confidentmunicating with contractors and internal teams
10. A proactive and diligent approach to work
