The Opportunity
This is an exciting opportunity for a driven legal professional with a passion for private family law. You will be joining a supportive and experienced team known for its pragmatic advice, strong client relationships, and high standards of service. The firm handles a broad range of private family matters, with particular expertise in financial remedy proceedings.
Key Responsibilities
* Managing a caseload of private family law matters from instruction through to resolution
* Drafting and reviewing legal documents, including those for court proceedings
* Advising clients with professionalism and empathy, while maintaining excellent standards of client care
* Collaborating with colleagues and supporting the team’s continued growth
* Handling all elements of billing and client account management
* Ensuring full compliance with regulatory and internal quality standards
About You
* 2–4 years’ post-qualification experience in family law
* Solid understanding of legal principles relating to private family matters
* Strong client-facing skills with a personable and pragmatic approach
* Proactive, organised, and able to work independently while seeking support when needed
* Keen to develop your career and contribute to a dynamic, growing team
