We are recruiting an experienced CNC Turner/Programmer to join a busy precision engineering team. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled machinist who can produce complex, high-quality components and take ownership of programming, setting and operating CNC turning centres with FANUC control and driven tools. Key responsibilities - Program, set up and operate CNC turning centres (FANUC control) with driven tools to manufacture complex precision engineered components. - Run medium to high volume batch work efficiently while maintaining tight tolerances and consistent quality. - Interpret and work from engineering drawings and specifications, ensuring parts meet required standards and inspection criteria. - Carry out first-offs, tool selection, cycle time optimisation and in-process adjustments. - Perform routine machine maintenance, housekeeping and adhere to health & safety procedures. - Work closely with production planning, quality and engineering teams to meet delivery targets and continuous improvement objectives.
