We are looking to recruit a Plumber to join our team in Westminster
About the Role
Working to deliver the best quality service, you’ll be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and installing plumbing systems across occupied homes, void properties, and communal areas. The role focuses heavily on responsive repairs, planned maintenance, compliance, and customer care, ensuring the safety, comfort, and wellbeing of tenants.
You’ll receive and complete assigned tasks using a handheld device (full training), working efficiently and safety in line with best practise to achieve excellent customer experience.
About You
Previous experience within a similar role, you’ll have the ability to work in all weather, operating small hand tools and will be able to follow written and verbal instructions. Having excellent working H & S knowledge. Ideally you will have a social/local authority housing background.
Essential Qualifications Required:
· NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing
· CSCS Card Blue
You must hold a valid UK driving licence held for a minimum of 12 months as a company vehicle will be provided (work use only).
