An exciting opportunity has recently became available for a Programme Coordinator in the Learning and Development team on a 12-month parental leave cover FTC. They are seeking a dedicated individual to join the L&D team and take on the exciting role of coordinating the delivery of L&D programs to our valued employees, Field Management Team (FMT), and Partners & Advisers.
What you'll be doing:
1. Manage operational tasks for successful deployment of new and BAU World Class L&D programs via our innovative learning App.
2. Allocate trainer resources efficiently and ensure accurate documentation to support learning App builds and reporting.
3. Supervise event management for all learning events, ensuring a world-class experience for all participants within defined budgets.
4. Create, refine, and maintain processes to achieve operational efficiency in all team tasks.
5. Develop customer relationships internally and externally to understand ongoing requirements and identify areas for improvement
6. Ensure all enquiries received via the Learning mailbox are allocated and actioned effectively within an agreed timescale
7. Provide support to Divisional Director including diary management and individual and Divisional meeting and event management.
8. Support communications Team with design and creation of digital documents as well as delivery of podcasts as and when required.
Who we're looking for:
9. Intermediate/advanced Microsoft Office skills and familiarity with learning management systems.
10. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
11. Understanding of divisional and corporate business objectives and the critical need for consistency and support.
12. Ability to work efficiently and as part of a team.
13. Knowledge of L&D and the ability to integrate the role with business objectives and learner journeys.
