A key focus will be supporting learners in developing employability skills relevant to the industry, promoting independence, and preparing them for progression into employment. The ideal candidate will have a strong vocational background, with proven experience in developing learners' technical and employability skills. They will hold industry relevant qualifications, alongside a post-16 teaching qualification or a commitment to achieving this within an agreed timeframe. Level 2 English and Maths qualifications are essential, or the candidate must be willing to attain them. In addition to delivering lessons, you will track and monitor students' progress, providing constructive feedback and adjusting teaching strategies to help them improve.
