We are looking for Team Managers to join our growing warehouse team in Corby!
As a Team Manager, you will champion best practices to ensure that every product is received, picked, and dispatched with precision and efficiency. You will inspire and motivate the team to achieve excellence by fostering a culture that prioritises Health & Safety, upholding all Company policies, and ensuring compliance with established procedures.

What you will be doing as Team Manager?
* Allocate resources and manage materials for shift activity, prioritising team workload.
* Track KPIs, update boards, and generate reports to ensure targets are met.
* Oversee stock accuracy, reporting any discrepancies immediately.
* Enforce warehouse processes, manage performance, and escalate concerns when necessary.
* Handle employee HR activities.
* Conduct warehouse audits and address any issues found.
* Maintain Health & Safety standards, acting on non-compliance.
* Lead communication briefings to keep the team informed and engaged.
Our Ideal Team Manager:
* Proven team leadership in a warehouse environment.
* Ability to coach, motivate, and develop staff.
* Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory management.
* Proficient in KPI tracking and using data for improvements.
* Skilled in resolving stock discrepancies.
* Strong communication for briefings and clear instructions.
* Experience handling HR tasks and performance management.
* Solid understanding of Health & Safety compliance.
