Why Join Law Business Research?
At LBR, we don’t just sell products — we shape the future of legal intelligence. With a market-leading position, double-digit growth, and a collaborative, values-driven culture, we offer an exceptional platform for ambitious professionals to thrive. Our core values — equality, agility, and respect — guide everything we do.
We’re proud to be an equal opportunities employer, committed to creating an inclusive environment where everyone can succeed. We also believe in giving back: from underwriting the Swawou School for Girls in Sierra Leone to supporting local community initiatives, we take our place in the world seriously.
The Opportunity
Lexology PRO is one of LBR’s fastest-growing platforms, delivering premium legal intelligence to top-tier clients globally. We’re looking for a strategic, enterprise-level sales leader to drive new business and long-term growth across our most valuable accounts.
This is more than a sales role — it’s about multithreading across stakeholders, building lasting relationships, and owning the customer journey from first pitch to onboarding and expansion. You’ll be responsible for identifying opportunities, closing deals, and growing accounts in their first year — all while partnering closely with our API Sales Director and Product teams to deliver enterprise-wide solutions.
Key Responsibilities
 * Own the Enterprise Sales Cycle: Lead strategic sales efforts for Lexology PRO, targeting new logos and expanding within existing accounts.
 * Multithread Across Stakeholders: Engage with legal ops, innovation, procurement, and leadership to build consensus and close complex deals.
 * Drive Strategic Growth: Build long-term relationships with senior decision-makers and ensure clients realize full value from Lexology PRO.
 * Support Onboarding & Expansion: Partner with clients post-sale to ensure successful onboarding and drive account growth in year one.
 * Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with our API Sales Director, Product, and Customer Success teams to deliver seamless enterprise solutions.
 * Mentor & Influence: Guide junior team members and contribute to global sales strategy through your expertise and leadership.
Skills Knowledge and Expertise
 * Proven success in enterprise B2B sales, ideally in SaaS, legal tech, or professional services.
 * A strategic mindset with the ability to navigate complex buying processes and build long-term client relationships.
 * Strong understanding of enterprise delivery models and how to position solutions across large organizations.
 * Excellent communication and presentation skills — you know how to own the room and tailor your message to any audience.
 * A proactive, growth-oriented approach — you’re always looking for ways to add value and expand your footprint.
 * Experience in financial services, legal, or software industries is a plus.
Why This Role Matters
You’ll be joining a high-impact team at a pivotal moment in Lexology PRO’s growth. Your work will directly influence how global organizations access and use legal intelligence — and you’ll have the autonomy, support, and tools to make it happen.
