About the Company: At Agito Medical, we’re here to make a difference - together with our partners and customers. Since our founding in Aalborg, Denmark in 2004, we’ve grown into a trusted provider of smart, flexible, and sustainable diagnostic imaging solutions, systems, parts, and clinical services. Today, our team of more than 60 skilled professionals operates across Denmark, the United Kingdom, and France - helping healthcare providers across the world reduce wait times, improve resource efficiency, and enhance patient outcomes. Our approach combines deep industry knowledge with a practical, partnership-driven mindset. From pre-owned imaging systems to parts and mobile diagnostic units, we tailor every solution to help our customers navigate challenges, find the right fit, and make the most of their budgets. With over 20 years of experience, we continue to redefine how healthcare providers access imaging equipment - without compromising on quality, reliability, or sustainability. In 2024, we entered a new phase of growth with the acquisition by Duke Street, further strengthening our mission to provide forward-thinking healthcare solutions globally.

About the Role: Are you passionate about working with diagnostic imaging medical equipment and eager to make a meaningful impact in the healthcare sector? At Agito Medical, we are seeking a new team member in our Customer Solutions team. You will be joining a collaborative and dynamic team, with a culture rooted in professionalism, trust, and purpose. With colleagues across Denmark, the UK, and France, we value open dialogue, diverse perspectives, and the freedom to take initiative - all within a supportive environment where you’re encouraged to grow. The main purpose of this role is to coordinate and assist with the delivery, setup, and removal of mobile and relocatable imaging units across hospital sites in the UK (and occasionally Europe). Due to the nature of the industry and role, this is not a 9-5 position and some evening and weekend work will be necessary.

Responsibilities:

* Mark and prepare unit support areas, including levelling blocks and spreader plates, ensuring sites are ready to safely receive units and manage utility connections and disconnections.
* Inventory control in storage facility, currently based in Southampton, including purchasing additional equipment to complete successful delivery of the unit.
* Assist with the physical setup and relocation of mobile or relocatable units, including marking out, setting out and placing ground supports ready to receive relocatable units.
* Carry out on-contract audits and mid-term/periodic inspections to ensure quality, functionality, and compliance are maintained throughout the contract period.
* Support unit handovers and handbacks, ensuring documentation is completed and customer satisfaction is achieved.
* Support with site surveys and assist with project planning for upcoming installations, removals, and site transitions.
* Troubleshoot and attend on site as and when required.
* Adhoc support to the project management team, according to need and interest.

Required Skills:

* Background in mobile units, transport, technical services, or basic electrical/mechanical fields.
* Strong practical mindset with the ability and experience to troubleshoot and complete small on-site repairs independently.
* Confident assembling and securing ramps, steps, spreader plates, and other support structures.
* Knowledgeable and experienced in how to connect and disconnect utilities, for example, power, water, and/or data.
* Capable of overseeing site setup and set down - including levelling, positioning, securing units, and coordinating with logistics providers.
* Able to support delivery and removal of mobile and relocatable imaging units across customer sites in the UK, with occasional travel to Europe when required.
* Organised and detail-oriented when preparing units before deployment, including configuration for different service models.
* Positive, can-do attitude with a proactive approach to solving problems and supporting colleagues.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills and solid IT literacy.
* Calm and professional under pressure, with the ability to adapt to fast-paced operational environments.
* A collaborative spirit, able to work both independently and within a team environment.
* The ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities while maintaining high-quality output.
* A full UK / EU driving licence is essential.

Generous compensation package including:

* Annual salary of £30,000 - £35,000
* 10% company pension contribution
* Private medical insurance
* EAP
* Life insurance & income protection
* Company vehicle

Equal Opportunity Statement: We welcome applicants from all backgrounds who share our commitment to innovation, collaboration, and long-term thinking. We are reviewing candidates on an ongoing basis, as we are looking to fill this role as soon as possible. Let’s shape the future of diagnostic imaging, together.
