Job Title Head of Business Support Reports to: Managing Director Location: Hemel Hempstead (with flexibility) Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm Role Overview The Head of Business Support is responsible for the leadership and effective operation of all central support functions across the business. This includes finance, HR, recruitment, fleet and internal business systems. The role ensures strong governance, compliance, and efficient internal processes that support operational delivery and sustainable business growth. The position forms part of the senior leadership team and works closely with the Managing Director on strategic and operational matters. Key Responsibilities Leadership and Governance * Lead and manage the Business Support function, setting clear priorities and expectations. * Provide senior support to the Managing Director on business performance and strategy. * Establish and maintain policies, procedures and internal controls. * Ensure governance, compliance and risk management requirements are met.
