Key Duties
:
Lead and support multiple pharmacy branches to ensure smooth operations and compliance with GPhC staffing sustainability, including recruitment, holiday cover, and absence implementation of company directives, NHS services, and new initiatives.Monitor branch performance, conduct audits, and support managers with performance reviews and development plans.Collaborate with HQ and senior management on projects, service rollouts, and operational improvements.

Essential Requirements:
Proven track record of excellent people managementMUST be either a registered L3 Pharmacy Technician (preferred) OR a registered PharmacistMUST have GPhC registration
