The Role - Assistant Manager Responsibilities:
* Support the Store Manager to drive store performance and achieve KPIs
* Lead by example to motivate and inspire your retail team
* Ensure excellent customer service across all touchpoints
* Oversee visual merchandising, stock control, and store operations
* Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of new team members
* Step up to lead the store in the absence of the Store Manager
