We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established consultancy delivering critical infrastructure and utilities projects across the UK. As part of their growing team, they are seeking a Land Referencing Technician to support land access and consent processes for nationally significant developments.
This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where your contributions will play a key role in the delivery of complex infrastructure, including major projects involving Development Consent Orders (DCOs) and Compulsory Purchase Orders (CPOs).
Job Title: Land Referencing TechnicianLocation: CreweSalary : up to 35k basic, slightly more depending on experience
Key Responsibilities:
* Serve as a point of contact between project teams, stakeholders, and affected landowners to support successful DCO and CPO submissions.
* Collect, analyse, and manage land ownership data in collaboration with GIS Specialists and Project Managers.
* Ensure data accuracy by maintaining and updating records using bespoke internal land referencing systems.
* Conduct site visits and attend stakeholder meetings to verify land interests and update documentation.
* Assist in the preparation of Books of Reference and other statutory documentation.
* Participate in full training and ongoing professional development to gain specialist expertise in land referencing.
