The Role
We have a great opportunity for a Marketing & PR Manager to join Heal’s Marketing team at Heal’s Head Office.
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Marketing and PR Manager to support the implementation of marketing campaigns that elevate the Heal’s brand, drive traffic (online and in-store), and increase customer engagement. This role will be key in maintaining and enhancing Heal’s position as a leading voice in modern design while supporting commercial goals across digital and retail channels.
Hybrid remote working: 3 days in the office per week
Hours: 35 hours (Monday to Friday)
What you will bring
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a junior marketing managerial role (preferably in luxury retail).
Strong understanding of brand marketing, storytelling, and digital media.
Confident copywriting skills with a clear grasp of tone and messaging.
Media contacts in design, interiors, lifestyle, and national press (desirable).
Proven experience in campaign planning, event management, and influencer marketing.
Strong visual eye and understanding of design-led communication.
Highly organized with solid project management and communication skills.
Passion for contemporary design and a deep appreciation for Heal’s heritage and vision.
