Customer Success and Digital Engagement Executive
Night Zookeeper is looking for a Customer Success and Digital Engagement Executive to join their team.
The candidate should have exceptional written English skills, an interest in education technology, and digital products. They should also be technically proficient, able to troubleshoot technical problems, and feel comfortable using a range of different technologies and platforms. A bonus if they skills in social media video creation.
What is Night Zookeeper?
Night Zookeeper is a London-based children’s brand comprising of a web-based learning program, a book series and a TV mini-series. All of our products centre around the magical world of the “Night Zoo”.
Our aim is to make learning fantastically fun for children aged 6 to 12 years old, and unleash their confidence and creativity. Our flagship online reading and writing program for kids (also referred to as "Night Zookeeper") has been used by over 1 million children worldwide.

In this role, you will work with the marketing, support & product teams.
Main responsibilities:
* Supporting parents using nightzookeeper.com via email, CRM system, and across social media channels & other platforms
*Identifying technical issues and working with the product team to resolve them
*Identifying relevant customer insights to help the wider business
* Content creation for Night Zookeeper using social media channels
* Marketing Administration tasks across the business
* Taking part in Night Zookeeper events

Requirements:
* An excellent standard of written English
*An interest in customer success, marketing, technology, and children's brands
* Be comfortable with a range of technologies
*Proficiency in video creation
* A degree-level education
*1 year experience in a marketing or customer success role, or relevant internships
Salary: £26-28K
Hybrid role based in London, Shepherds Bush
