3. Ensure compliance with all QHSE standards, policies, and regulations.
4. Develop and implement quality and safety procedures specific to the industrial/manufacturing sector.
5. Monitor and improve the effectiveness of QHSE management systems.
6. Conduct risk assessments and identify areas for process improvement.
7. Lead internal and external audits, ensuring adherence to industry standards.
8. Provide training and guidance to staff on QHSE best practices.
9. Prepare and maintain documentation to support compliance efforts.
10. Collaborate with the Engineering & Manufacturing team to enhance safety and quality performance.
