Job Description
The Residential Property Solicitor will be able to:
3. Handle a caseload of residential property transactions, including sales, purchases, and re-mortgages.
4. Conduct title investigations and prepare legal documents for property transactions.
5. Provide expert legal advice to clients throughout the conveyancing process.
6. Maintain accurate records and documentation for all cases.
7. Build and maintain strong client relationships to support business development.
The Successful Applicant
The successful Residential Property Solicitor should have:
8. At least 2 years PQE in Residential Property
9. Proven experience managing residential property transactions independently.
10. Strong knowledge of conveyancing procedures and property law.
11. Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
12. A client-focused approach with strong communication abilities.
13. The ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines.
