As a Senior Compensation & Benefits Analyst, you’ll provide technical expertise across compensation, Workday, and core benefits activity. You’ll also play a key role in our global annual compensation review and support multi-country initiatives that enhance our overall Reward offering. This is a hands-on role with huge potential to innovate, collaborate and drive continuous improvement. What you’ll be doing Providing technical and advisory support across compensation and benefits initiatives. Leading and delivering projects across EMEA — covering compensation, pensions, medical plans, risk insurances and recreational benefits. Driving a lignment and harmonisation of benefits and compensation programmes to ensure our colleague proposition is modern and connected to our company vision. Supporting benefit design, development and implementation, with a focus on strong stakeholder and colleague engagement. Proactively reviewing market to identify opportunities to enhance our benefits, ensuring they remain competitive, compliant and aligned to strategy. Supporting annual pay and bonus cycles in Workday, including market movement analysis, modelling, budgeting, tool testing and data integrity checks. Partnering with HR and business leaders to provide creative, data-driven solutions on job evaluation, offer processes and internal pay equity. Working with the wider Total Reward regional team on multi-country projects, market insights and Workday governance. Building and maintaining advanced Excel models for pay analysis, bonus modelling and broader compensation analytics. What you’ll bring Strong experience designing, managing and advising on compensation structures. Hands-on involvement in annual compensation review processes, ideally within Workday. Understanding of Workday compensation configurations and elements. Experience with flexible benefits technology and benefits administration systems. Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders. Advanced Excel capability and confidence working with large datasets (AI-enabled analysis a plus). A proactive, solutions-focused approach and the ability to work effectively across borders with multiple subject-matter experts. Why join us? Minimum Requirements Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field. Experience managing international compensation and benefits. Background in Compensation & Benefits within complex or multi-entity organisations. Working knowledge of HRIS systems (reporting, maintenance, configuration).
