What you’ll do:
* Support the Merchandiser in planning, trading, and managing product ranges.
* Monitor sales performance and stock levels to ensure the right products are in the right place, at the right time.
* Produce reports and provide insights to drive commercial decisions.
* Liaise with suppliers, the buying team, and logistics to support smooth product flow.
* Assist in forecasting, promotions, and markdowns to maximize sales and profitability.
What we’re looking for:
* Experience in merchandising, allocation, or a retail support role (preferred but not essential).
* Strong numerical and analytical skills with proficiency in Excel.
* Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
* A team player with strong communication skills and a passion for retail.
