Working closely with the Board and Executive team, you will play a central role in shaping strategy, driving performance and building market confidence, while helping to unlock the full potential of a scaled, high-quality platform.

The Profile
* Proven CFO / Finance Director, ideally within a growth-oriented or acquisitive business, or one that has gone through substantial transformation to unlock value and scale.
* Strong commercial instinct with the ability to balance rigour and pace
* Experience operating at Board level, with credibility in listed or investor-backed environments
* Track record of driving transformation, integration or performance improvement
* Collaborative, pragmatic and outcomes-focused leadership style
