Panel Wirer
Pure Staff are currently recruiting for a Panel Wirer for our client, based in Redditch. Immediate starts are available following a successful interview process.
Our client is a well-established manufacturer specialising in electrical control panels and assemblies. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a skilled team in a hands-on role with long-term potential.
Your role as a Panel Wirer
* Reading and interpreting CAD schematics, wiring diagrams, and panel diagrams
* Building BMS and power plates to customer specifications
* Installing and wiring electrical control panels
* Using and maintaining tools including cutting tools, power tools, and test equipment
* Inspecting and testing panels before dispatch
* Packing panels effectively for delivery
* Identifying and reporting faults in electrical wiring systems
* Adhering to Health & Safety procedures and company standards
* Supervising and transferring skills to apprentices or semi-skilled workers
Requirements
* Minimum 1-year practical experience as a Panel Wirer or similar, however, less experience would be considered
* Ability to read and interpret electrical specifications and diagrams
* Knowledge of single and three-phase circuits, wiring accessories, and safety regulations
* Good communication skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team
* CSCS accreditation preferred
* Full clean driver's licence desirable
Pay & Shifts
* £13.00 - £14.00 per hour depending on experience and a successful interview
* Monday to Friday: Start between 07:00 AM - 08:30 AM
* 40 hours working week
