About the Role
We are seeking an experienced New Homes Sales Consultant to join a leading housebuilder in the Gloucester area. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven, customer‑focused sales professional who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and enjoys guiding buyers through one of the most important purchases of their lives.
You will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer journey from first enquiry through to legal completion, representing the brand with professionalism and confidence.
Key Responsibilities
* Welcoming prospective buyers and delivering engaging show home tours
* Managing enquiries, reservations, paperwork, and CRM updates
* Guiding customers through the full buying process from enquiry to completion
* Working towards sales targets while maintaining outstanding customer service
* Liaising with site teams, solicitors, and mortgage advisors
* Ensuring the sales area and show homes are always presented to a high standard
About You
To be considered, you must have:
* At least 2 years’ New Homes Sales experience
* Strong communication and negotiation skills
* Excellent organisation and attention to detail
* A confident, customer‑centric approach
* Ability to work independently on a live development
* Flexibility to work Thursday to Monday, with one weekend off per month in lieu
A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle are essential.
