Part Time Administrator

Minimum 20 hours/week, Monday to Friday (with flexible start times)
Up to £13 per hour
Our client is a leading financial advisory company, and we are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join the Administration team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to work a minimum of 20 hours per week. Full training will be provided, so previous experience is welcome but not essential.
The role of Administrator includes:-
* Booking and scheduling client meetings
* Preparing meeting documents and reports
* Processing client requests
* Professionally handling all client communications (email, phone, letters)
* Answering inbound calls and managing messages
* Accurately processing new business paperwork and data entry
* Greeting clients in the office and offering refreshments
* Providing cover for team members during absence
* Collaborating with your team to maintain efficient workflows
