Position: Customer Service Advisor

Salary: up to £27,500 + bonus
Responsibilities
* Act as the face of our Bodyshops; liaise with customers, the bodyshop, and third parties to ensure an excellent customer experience.
* Book customer cars in for repair/attention and prepare job cards.
* Provide vehicle progress reports to customers and arrange/allocate courtesy cars as required.
* Deal with financial transactions, including banking/security arrangements and the payment of excesses on certain insurance policies.
* Maintain communication with customers throughout the process and manage expectations.
* Hold a full UK Manual Driving Licence.
Qualifications & Requirements
* Experience as a Customer Service Advisor or similar role is desirable.
* Must hold a full UK Manual Driving Licence.
