Customer Services Officer We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a local authority, for experienced and customer-focused individuals to join their busy customer services team. Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound enquiries from members of the public Provide support on Council Tax, Parking, Blue Badge, and Bus Pass enquiries Deliver accurate information and advice in line with current legislation Work within a hybrid model (mix of office-based and remote working) Requirements: Previous contact centre or customer service experience Strong communication and problem-solving skills Confident using IT systems and navigating multiple platforms Ability to work within structured processes and comply with legislative requirements This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with a passion for helping others and a commitment to high-quality public service delivery.
