A fantastic opportunity has opened up for a Director of Service Delivery to join a leading organisation located in Stevenage, Hertfordshire. You will be expected to go to the office 2 times a week. The organisation are currently merging a number of business together including all applications and are making significant investments in new technologies to enhance its infrastructure / services they can provide all areas. This is an exciting opportunity for a Director of Service Delivery with strong team leadership skills to contribute significantly to building and upgrading of their IT services / strategy.
The Director of Service Delivery will be collaborating closely with the Director of Technology and other heads of to oversee their, change, problem, incident and 3rd party suppliers across all technological aspects of the organisation. As this organisation continually invests in its infrastructure, you will have the opportunity to progress your career.
Responsibilities
* Oversee service delivery across all IT services and infrastructure in collaboration with stakeholders and heads of departments.
* Coordinate change, problem and incident management and manage 3rd party suppliers.
* Contribute to building and upgrading IT services and strategy in line with business needs.
Skills required for the Director of Service Delivery are:
* Expert knowledge on all things Service Delivery
* Ability to communicate and work closely with senior stakeholders
* Proven experience leading incident management, change and problem management
* Want to work in a friendly and flexible work environment

Salary: £140,000 - £160,000 + Bonus and Car Allowance
