The Opportunity This role is perfect for someone who loves designing beautiful, functional spaces while delivering an exceptional customer experience. You will work flexibly across the Whitchurch and Wrexham areas, supporting both locations depending on business needs. What You’ll Be Doing Meeting customers in-store to understand their requirements Taking accurate measurements and creating bespoke kitchen designs Using CAD software to produce high-quality fitted kitchen and bedroom layouts Advising on style, finishes, product choices, and practical solutions Preparing quotes and processing orders using supplier portals Managing the full customer journey—from first enquiry through to installation Coordinating with fitters to ensure seamless project completion Converting enquiries into sales and meeting performance targets Collaborating with the design team and reporting to senior managers What We’re Looking For Proven kitchen design experience (essential) Strong customer service and sales skills CAD proficiency (Compusoft/Winner or similar) Good organisation and project management ability Confident working across two locations Full UK driving licence Working Pattern This role offers full-time or part-time hours, with flexibility on days and working times. Typical patterns may include: A mix of weekdays and weekends Adjusted daily hours depending on preference Flexible scheduling to support both Whitchurch and Wrexham stores The business is open to crafting a pattern that works for both you and the team.
