Weâre looking for a Social Media & Partnerships Manager to lead our organic social presence, brand storytelling, and influencer/media partnerships. Youâll be the voice of STYRKR on social, building our audience, shaping our tone, and leading the team that brings our brand to life online.
Main Accountabilities:
đŁ Social Strategy & Platform Management
* Develop and lead a cohesive, data-driven social media strategy aligned with broader brand goals.
* Own the content calendar across all channels, planning, scheduling, and publishing campaigns, launches, and âalways onâ content.
* Drive community growth, engagement, and brand visibility through smart content planning and trend awareness.
* Analyse platform performance and deliver insights to continually improve output and efficiency.
* Monitor brand sentiment and competitor activity through social listening and share strategic recommendations.
đ„ Content Creation & Brand Storytelling
* Lead content planning across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, X, LinkedIn, Facebook), adapting messaging and format to suit each channel.
* Maintain brand tone of voice and visual consistency across all content types.
* Work with creators, freelancers, and internal teams to develop social-first creative, including athlete content, UGC, product shoots, and event recaps.
* Support content capture at brand activations, athlete meetups, races, and expos with real-time and post-event storytelling.
* Integrate social narratives across other channels (email, site, packaging, PR) for a cohesive brand voice.
đ€ Influencer, Media & Ambassador Partnerships
* Recruit and manage content creators, social ambassadors, and aligned media partners to extend our reach.
* Own the briefing, seeding, and performance tracking of influencer and creator relationships.
* Negotiate deliverables and build long-term partnerships with high-impact personalities in the endurance and lifestyle space.
* Collaborate on joint campaigns and activations with complementary brands and outlets in the endurance world.
* Oversee all gifting and creator guidelines to ensure clarity, consistency, and compliance.
đ„ Leadership & Community Oversight
* Line-manage the Social Media Executive and Community/Event Rep, supporting their growth and delivering day-to-day team objectives.
* Review and refine community engagement standards (DMs, comments, tags, reposts).
* Escalate customer service or sensitive issues quickly and appropriately.
* Develop structured reporting on influencer, ambassador, and creator performance.
* Host monthly performance reviews across content, engagement, and growth initiatives.
đ Paid Social Alignment
* Collaborate with the Paid Social team to ensure organic and paid content are planned cohesively.
* Share insights and creative testing feedback to optimise performance across channels.
* Support content testing and creative briefing for conversion- and awareness-led campaigns.
What Youâll Bring
* 3â5 years of experience in social media and influencer marketing (ideally within D2C, performance, or lifestyle brands).
* Deep platform knowledge (IG, TikTok, X, FB, LinkedIn) and confidence working across content formats and algorithms.
* Creative direction skills from concept to execution across visual and copy.
* Experience managing creators and partners from outreach and negotiation to performance review.
* Excellent copywriting skills and the ability to switch tone across channels and audiences.
* Strong organisational skills you can juggle content calendars, creators, activations, and analytics without dropping the ball.
* A collaborative, agile mindset that thrives in a fast-paced startup culture.
* A passion for endurance sport or an active lifestyle is a bonus.
