Overview
Relief Chef Manager role at Impact Food Group.
Area: Coventry, Northampton, Milton Keynes & Surrounding Areas. Working days: Monday to Friday. Shifts/Hours: 45 hours per week. Working Weeks: 42 weeks per year (term time, inset days and 3 additional weeks).
Responsibilities
* Assist with the training and development of onsite chefs.
* Cover sickness across sites and be part of the mobilisation team.
* Support the operations manager across the portfolio of sites.
* Provide chef management support as needed and contribute to kitchen operations.
Qualifications
* Chef management experience (ideally from secondary education).
* Passion for food and service; craft skills to support in the kitchen when needed.
* Self-motivated, resilient and highly organised; ability to prioritise effectively.
* Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle.

* Salary: £35,000 per year plus mileage claimed back
