The Role
As a Nursery Practitioner, you’ll play a vital role in delivering a stimulating and safe learning environment for children aged 0–5. You’ll be responsible for supporting children’s development across all areas, contributing to planning and observations, and working closely with parents and carers to support each child’s learning journey.
What We’re Looking For
A Level 2 or 3 qualification in Early Years, Childcare or equivalent (essential)
Experience working in a nursery setting (placement or paid work)
A good working knowledge of the EYFS framework
A caring and enthusiastic attitude with a passion for early childhood development
Understanding of safeguarding, child development, and inclusive practice
A reliable, flexible, and proactive approach to teamwork
