We're looking for a motivated and people-focused Practice Manager to join our fabulous team at The Dental Suite in Leicester.
Part-time hours available, 23 hours per week over 3 days
Monday 8:30-5:30pm, Wednesday 8:30-5:30pm, Friday 8:30- 4:30pm
Competitive hourly rate
Fully private growing dentist based in Leicester city centre with 3 surgeries.
General Dentistry, Hygiene Therapy as well as providing advanced restorative dentistry, from Dental Implants to Orthodontics.
No onsite parking but the practice is close to public transport links, including park and ride
About You
We'd love to receive your application to our Practice Manager vacancy if you have the following skills and experience:
A healthcare, retail, hospitality, or similar service-focused background - experience managing a dental practice or strong leadership experience as a lead dental nurse is an added bonus but not essential
Passionate about delivering great service
Leading and supporting colleagues to perform at their best
Confident working with financials (P&L, KPIs, budgets)
Focused on delivering operational excellence: from fully-functioning equipment and facilities, to a compliant, process-driven practice team
