About the Role
As an Early Morning Barista, you will:
1. Prepare hot and cold Starbucks beverages to brand standards
2. Deliver friendly, fast and personalised customer service
3. Maintain a clean, organised and welcoming environment
4. Work confidently in a busy, high-energy airport location
5. Learn new skills, recipes and ways of working through our full training programme
About You
We’re looking for people who:
6. Can work from 2:30am or earlier
7. Enjoy working with people and staying active
8. Bring positive energy and a great attitude
9. Can provide 5 years of references and pass a Criminal Record Check
10. Are 18+ (required for some tasks and handling alcohol)
Previous barista or hospitality experience is welcome but not essential — we’ll train you.
