Primary SENCO Wanted Thriving School in Enfield (North London) Starting September
Are you an outstanding, qualified SENCO ready to take full strategic ownership of inclusion within a large, thriving primary school? This permanent SENCO opportunity, starting September, offers the chance to lead a substantial SEND provision within a well-established North London (Enfield) school known for its inclusive ethos, strong leadership, and exceptional staff culture.
This is not a maintenance role, it is a leadership position for a SENCO with vision, authority, and the ability to drive measurable whole-school impact. The Headteacher is seeking a highly credible SENCO with outstanding references, proven leadership experience, and the confidence to lead a large SEN team while shaping long-term SEND strategy. What Youll Be Doing:

Building strong partnerships with parents and external professionals
