The successful candidate will join a high energy team of media consultants whose core objective is to support FMCG manufacturer and media agencies with their growth plans by analysing the impact of their in-store sales and marketing activity and identifying opportunities to improve performance. The team of 5 consultants typically have 30-40 live projects at any given time and therefore seeking assistance of an organized and experienced project administrator. As project administrator you will support this team with administrative duties associated with the projects such as staying in touch with members of the project team and stakeholders, facilitating project meetings, taking minutes in meetings, updating project status in Monday.com to support with project reporting. Job Responsibilities Create weekly workflows for projects Track projects in Monday.com From the data captured in Monday.com provide weekly reports on project status and alert the project managers and/or senior managers when a problem arises Help set up project meetings within the department and with other teams/departments Handle the minute-taking at meetings Follow up with commercial teams for confirmed briefs and other key inputs for projects to start. Support with prioritisation and keeping track of top priorities for the wider team. General administrative duties Requirements Relevant degree (business administration) or previous experience as project administrator or project manager. Must be able to deal with multiple projects at a time We are looking for an individual who is well organized with good planning and decision making skills Professionalism and being on time, proactive and comfortable with an agile environment is a must Comfortable to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple, and often changing, priorities to manage. Computer literate, especially with project management tools.
