Qualifications
Eight years of progressive retail/food/services management experience. One year must include roles such as Main Store Manager, General Manager, Operations Manager, Sales & Merchandise Manager, Exchange Retail Business Manager, Exchange Business Manager, or Branch Store/Region Retail Program Specialist, within the last five years.
Or
Bachelor's degree with six years of similar experience, including one year in the roles listed above within the last five years.

Additional Requirements
* Work Schedule: Onsite at Lakenheath Exchange, Europe Region
* PCS authorized for eligible associates; relocation allowances may vary
Compensation
Salary Minimum: $99,299.00
Major Duties
* Manage financial analysis, budgeting, and business planning activities.
* Monitor staff performance to ensure goals are met and take corrective actions as needed.
* Oversee daily operations of the Exchange, coordinating with retail, food, services, HR, and loss prevention teams.
* Engage with military command elements through meetings and protocol.
* Develop, train, coach, and mentor managers and staff for future growth.
* Perform other duties as assigned.
