At SCP Infrastructure & Design, an RSK Group company, we are looking for an experienced Senior Engineer to play a key role in delivering high-quality highways and drainage solutions across a diverse portfolio of infrastructure projects. What You’ll Be Doing: Leading the technical delivery of highways and drainage designs on medium to large projects Producing and checking drawings, calculations, and specifications to a high standard Providing day-to-day technical guidance and mentoring to engineers and technicians Coordinating design inputs and managing workloads to meet programme deadlines Reviewing outputs to ensure compliance with standards, legislation, and best practice Supporting client engagement and contributing to design discussions and solutions Keeping abreast of regulatory changes and championing quality across the team What We’re Looking For: Strong experience in highways and drainage design (roads, foul & surface water) Proven background across multiple sectors (residential, commercial, industrial, etc.) Experience producing technical reports such as Drainage Strategies, FRAs and O&M Manuals Confident communicator with the ability to guide and influence others Strong design software and Microsoft Office capability A proactive, solutions-focused approach to engineering challenges Full UK driving licence What’s In It For You?
