The role
Youll be hands-on with Cafédirects digital presence bringing campaigns to life acrosssocial media, email, and web. From shaping our organic social voice to supporting paid campaigns, optimising email journeys, and spotting whats working (and whats not), this is a role for someone who likes to get stuck in .
Youll manage content, engage our community, work with agencies, and help tell the stories behind every cup growers included.

Youll be:
Running organic social content that actually gets engagement
Writing sharp, on-brand copy (and knowing when less is more)
Supporting paid campaigns across Google and Meta
Building and analysing email campaigns (Klaviyo fans, we see you)
Keeping website content fresh, relevant and SEO-friendly
Turning performance data into clear insights and better decisions
Staying ahead of digital trends not chasing them blindly
Youre probably:
24 years into your digital marketing career
Comfortable juggling social, email, content and analytics
Confident with ecommerce and consumer brands
Curious, creative, and not afraid to challenge ideas (for good)
Genuinely interested in sustainability and ethical business
Handy with tools like Canva, Shopify, and content platforms
