Working on behalf of a Local Authority, Aatom Recruitment has a new opportunity for a Mechanical Engineer (Interims)on a 3 months contract initially with a possibility of further extension.
Role;
* BMS Mechanical / Electrical Engineer ( Building Management Systems)
* Possess excellent technical knowledge of BMS systems for commercial / communal heating systems.
* Ability to design and implement BMS strategies
* Ideally possess a formal qualification in BMS, Engineering Control Systems
* Possess an ability to manage existing BMS platform and generate daily BMS management reports.
* Ability to manage projects relating to communal heating, low carbon mechanical installations,
* Understanding of heat networks and manage works of this nature.
* Ability to write technical reports relevant to the role.
* Ability to creatively solve engineering design and maintenance related problems.
* Possess excellent project management / contract administration skills in order to plan, programme and deliver projects on time and agreed budgets
