Role Overview
As a key member of the New Business leadership team, you will be responsible for recruiting and onboarding new team members, providing ongoing coaching, and supporting the wider Inside Sales leadership team in managing our Inside Sales team.
Responsibilities
1. Motivate and drive the performance of a team of 15+ Business Sales Consultants.
2. Conduct daily quality checks, live coaching, and feedback sessions to maintain excellent call standards.
3. Review team performance daily and provide individual and team coaching to meet targets.
4. Monitor daily activity levels and support underperforming team members to meet KPIs.
5. Conduct monthly 1-to-1 performance reviews.
