Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bourn for a Restaurant Manager at Cambridge Country Club. The Restaurant Manager will oversee daily operations, ensure exceptional customer service, and uphold high standards of food and beverage quality. Key tasks include staff management and hiring, performance monitoring, implementing customer satisfaction initiatives, and coordinating with kitchen staff to deliver seamless dining experiences. The role requires maintaining strong communication with the team and providing leadership to ensure smooth operations.

Strong skills in Customer Service and ensuring Customer Satisfaction
Experience in Hiring and personnel management
