Nightshift Manager
Lead and manage a small team of managers overnight, ensuring all replenishment activities are completed for our customers the following morning.
Plan for upcoming key trading activities and events by working closely with the store leadership team.
Manage people, including pay and scheduling routines, training, communication, and employee relations such as performance management, absence, and disciplinary actions.
Take full accountability for the store overnight, role model high standards, and coach for efficiency across the store.
Ensure the health and safety of all colleagues during your shift, understanding the physical and mental impacts of nightshift work and maintaining a safe environment.
Be a passionate leader, ambitious for customers and colleagues, and grow your team to do the same.
Experience managing managers in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
Comfortable managing alone in the absence of senior management.
Driven to deliver high performance with a focus on efficiency and engagement.
Confident in data use, KPI interpretation, and performance improvement.
Promote inclusivity to build an inclusive team and working environment.
Able to manage disciplinary, performance, and employee relations issues, including dismissals.
Working Conditions & Benefits
Full-time nightshift hours over 4 nights with a £4,500 premium (typically 22:00 - 08:00).
Salary dependent on experience, store size, complexity, and location.
