Marketing Manager - London
An international energy and lubricants business is seeking a commercially focused Marketing Manager to lead its European lubricants marketing strategy and support the growth of a branded automotive workshop programme globally.
This is a high-impact, cross-functional role with responsibility for delivering measurable commercial results across multiple European markets.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and deliver the European marketing strategy and annual plan
* Manage budget and drive clear ROI
* Execute product launches and portfolio management (NPI)
* Develop trade and channel marketing programmes with distributors
* Own digital activity including SEO, paid media and performance marketing
* Deliver B2B campaigns and sales enablement materials
* Support the rollout and development of a branded workshop network
About You
* 5+ years’ B2B marketing experience
* Background in lubricants, automotive, aftermarket or similar technical category
* Strong commercial, analytical and budget management skills
