An opportunity has arisen within an established offshore Banking & Finance team in Jersey, advising on a broad range of high-value, cross-border transactions for financial institutions, sponsors and fund clients. The practice handles a consistent flow of work across leveraged finance, fund finance, real estate finance and general secured lending, with regular involvement in complex, multi-jurisdictional matters. You will work closely with partners and senior lawyers on key transactions while also taking ownership of your own matters and developing direct client relationships. The structure of the team allows for meaningful responsibility alongside strong support and collaboration. Candidate Profile: 5 years’ PQE in banking and finance Experience across leveraged finance, fund finance, real estate finance or general lending Strong technical grounding with a commercial, solutions-focused approach Confident managing transactions and building client relationships Background from a recognised onshore or offshore firm Our client offers a consistent flow of high-quality work, clear progression and a genuinely supportive environment.
