What You Will Do
* Support the roll out of TPM.
* Provide operational teams with coaching and training to further develop the right skills and behaviours that will enable them to get even more results from their machines.
* Support operators with one way of working regarding problem analysis and the creation and improvement of standards
* You will be developing maintenance risk assessments, SOPs and implementing effective maintenance procedures, ensuring that all works meet standards
* Be involved within the cooperation between the RST and the crew
* Actively contributing to forge the best cooperation to eliminate the losses of the machine
* Continuously improve our training programs and workshops
* Responsible for selecting employees to join the programme and keep an overview of training courses
