The Deputy Company Secretary and Paralegal is responsible for providing comprehensive administrative and operational support to the legal and finance departments. This position is integral to ensuring efficient workflow, compliance, and coordination across Highview’s company secretarial and legal operations. This is a Part-time role offered on a FTC to Permanent basis. Requirements Paralegal support: Supporting contract processes including drafting, trackers, NDAs, DocuSign management. Supporting transactions with external counsel; document sharing and distribution. Legal research. Support tendering processes when necessary. Regulatory license application and submission processes Deputy Company Secretary support: Managing strike offs, creating companies, liaising with Companies House and HMRC Preparing and filing Companies House documents Administering share transfers, option exercises and cap table updates Preparing Board meeting papers, packs, appendices, presentations Assisting RemCom with performance conditions and share allocations Arranging signatures of Board minutes.
